When do I get paid?
Funds are deposited directly to your bank account. Party Book never holds your money. Payouts arrive within a few business days of each ticket sale.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. No monthly fees, no setup fees, no per-event fees. You only pay the platform fee and Stripe's processing fee when a ticket is actually sold.
Who pays the fees — the buyer or the organization?
You choose. For each event, you can set whether your organization absorbs the fees (buyers see only the ticket price) or whether fees are added at checkout. Most organizations choose to pass fees to buyers.
What about free events?
Completely free. No platform fee, no processing fee. Use Party Book to manage RSVPs and attendance for free events at no cost.
Is there a minimum ticket price?
No minimum. You can price tickets at any amount, from $1 to $1,000+.
Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
Our pricing is already designed for nonprofits and community organizations. At $0.50 + 1.5% per ticket, we're significantly less expensive than every major alternative — no special discount needed.
